Camp Rules

There will be a camp fee of $10 for ALL camps.

NO PETS! NO PETS!

There is no additional Trade Fee for this event

1720-1820 time period.

Set-up will be permitted as early as 9 a.m. Thursday October 30, 2008 (no earlier). Participants will be allowed to drive in and unload gear from 9 a.m. Thursday October 30 till 8 p.m. Friday Oct. 31. Within a reasonable amount of time you should be set-up, in Rendezvous clothing, and move your vehicle to “Participant Parking”. Once in Participant Parking you cannot drive your vehicle back into the Primitive Camp! This means that WHATEVER day you set up, your vehicle goes to “Participant Parking” and does not return to Primitive Camp until AFTER Evening Colors  Sunday Nov.2, weather permitting. After 8 p.m. Friday, you will have to carry your gear into camp. If it rains, be prepared to pack in and out.

Please do not bring firewood to the Rendezvous! According to the USDA and the INDR reports, the Emerald Ash Borer has been found in Illinois. This insect is potentially disastrous to all ash trees in the state and is being brought to new areas in firewood. Additional firewood will be purchased locally. For the same reasons we ask that you do not remove firewood from the site as well. Thank you for your cooperation.
